Product certification
All components that are installed on the pumps, including electric motors, couplings, temperature, level and vibration sensors, have the appropriate permits for operation at Customers’ enterprises in the Customs Union (EAC).
Pumps supplied by our company are necessarily equipped with equipment passports in Russian and include instructions for installation, operation and repair of pumps and electric motors, factory test reports and certified copies of permits.
All pumping equipment meets the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union 010/2011 “On the safety of machinery and equipment”, which is confirmed by the appropriate certificate.
Equipment intended for pumping explosive atmospheres meets the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union 012/2011 “On the safety of equipment for working in explosive environments.” This technical regulation of the Customs Union establishes requirements for equipment for work in explosive environments, the implementation of which ensures the safety of its use in explosive environments.
Our certificates
The Pumping Technologies company has implemented and operates a management system
quality assurance (hereinafter referred to as QMS) ISO 9001 to ensure stable assembly quality of pumping units
and their components.
Systematization of requirements for organizing quality management of pump assembly
units, supplier selection, component quality checks and control activities, and
testing of finished products is implemented to comply with technical standards for
centrifugal pumps within the framework of ISO 13709:2003.
Based on the results of an audit within the framework of the voluntary certification system “International
Quality Standard” certificate No. 071158 was issued, which confirms that the aggregation
pumping equipment is carried out under controlled conditions, the products go through all stages
control from incoming inspection of materials and components to acceptance
testing of finished products.
